As some of you might already have seen on Instagram and Facebook,
I did a collaboration with ADAM & EVE which is a super cool store based in Nuremberg
which happens to be my hometown.
"I was born in Africa. Spent most of my life in Nuremberg, Germany.
Used to live in NEW YORK in 2010, London in 2011 - 2012 and now Berlin.
But I thought it would be great to come back to where I spend most time of my life and to introduce
you to a very cool store over here. Stay tuned for a great project with ADAM & EVE."

There will be one more post, this one is about my favorite pieces in the store and how I would
wear them. xx

A minimalistic look for December 25th.
According to the list of things I've bought in 2012, I would definitely count my beloved
white Celine Trapeze and those Jimmy Choo heels as some of my best investments.
What were your best purchases in 2012?

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

I think it's the very first appearance of my brother over here.
Let me introduce him, this is Simon, my favorite brother ever, since he is the only one.
Better late than never! Those Overknee Boots were kind of the best purchase in a while.
I am wearing them almost everyday. Sorry if they are bothering you already, I can't help it.

I am wishing you a joyful festive season with the happiest Christmas celebration! xxx

It's Christmas Day which I am spending at my hometown close to Nuremberg.
It's only 441 km from Berlin to Nuremberg but it feels like a completely different country.
Where it's snowing and freezing cold in Berlin today, it's spring weather here.
I took those pictures this morning, on Christmas Day 2012. It's a weird feeling to be able to
show off your bare legs on such a day. Could be worst, couldn't it.

I love to add unexpected pieces to my outfit, such as this beauty of a clutch by KIKI London.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU! May your day be bright, joyful and festive!!

One more day and it's Christmas. I am celebrating it in Germany this year.
Since it's freezing cold and snowing, I thought to share some unpublished pictures of a warm
summer day. This was in September when I was in New York for Fashion Week.
This place is in front of Ricky's house in Staten Island. Pretty cool!

HIROKO NAKAJIMA II

"After a foundation degree at New York’s finest, The Parsons School for Design, Hiroko Nakajima took a short flight across the pond to complete both her BA and MA at the world renowned Central Saint Martins, London – with an education like that, you’d be right in expecting great things from this young designer.  Standing out from the crowd of fellow CSM graduates is no easy task, but it was pretty damn hard to avoid the bright colour palette and childish play with text and surface dimensions that this Tokyo born designer brought to the runway.  She is certainly set for big things." Just Another Magazine

I couldn't have said it any better. HIROKO is certainly set for big things
Super flattered and honored to wear her creations out here in Berlin.

PS: A huge applause goes out to my family who are willing to shoot my blog pictures.
And although my mom isn't the very best photographer herself, she is doing it with all her passion.
Compared to her, my dad is very talented when it comes to my daily shootings, when ever I have a vision, he's the one to translate it into pictures. But actually, I can barely think about anything
which he is not good in.

PSS: I've worn the dress the other way around, on purpose!

Hiroko Nakajima is a London-based Japanese knitwear designer.
A Central Saint Martin BA and MA graduate, her interests lie in defamiliarization and
surrealism in fashion.

I am a huge fan of her designs. The heavy structures, futuristic shapes and numbers is
what makes it so interesting to me. It's one of the coolest things out there right now if you
are going ask me and it even keeps you super warm and cozy during winter. What else do we need?
